Tony has been advising clients for in excess of 20 years and is a long standing Certified Financial Planner. He has a keen interest in corporate philanthropy and is actively involved in a number of industry bodies representing non-instituationally owned practices. He is a long time resident of Manly and enjoys the local lifestyle and quality time with his daughter. His hobbies include field Hockey and ballroom dancing.
Tony holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is an active fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, including a number of non-executive appointments.

Haydn Dale has a background in business banking, having previously held senior management roles at the NAB and St George Bank. He specialises in giving advice on residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, property development finance, and leasing.

Matthew has been providing financial advice to clients since 1982, and has served on the Board of the Association of Financial Advisers as NSW State Director and was a past Top of The Table Member of the M.D.R.T. (Million Dollar Round Table). Recently Matthew has completed extra study in applied psychology and is now offering personal counselling services.
Matthew specialises in giving advice on wealth creation, personal superannuation, and personal insurances.

Fiona provides financial advice to our corporate and individual clients in the areas of retirement planning, superannuation, mortgage lending, personal insurance, and wealth creation strategies. She is also responsible for developing individual advice documents and the implementation and review of personal advice strategies.
Fiona has completed a Diploma in Financial Planning, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, she is a Certified Financial Strategist, and is also studying towards a Masters in Applied Finance.

Debbie joined the Virtue & Partners team in 2010 and deals with all aspects of office and client administration. Debbie has completed an Advance Diploma in Financial Planning and is also a Justice of the Peace (NSW). Prior to working in the financial services industry, she worked in the aged care and disability sector also in an administration capacity. Before that she was a Teacher in New Zealand and then a Workplace Trainer after moving to Australia.
She is a mother and a soon-to-be grandmother! Debbie relishes spending time with her family, and time near and on the beach. She enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, hiking and sailing.
